At present,the great changes of the ways in which the economy home and abroad has increased have brought on the development of the enterprise to depend on the skilled workers,not mainly the devotion of the outlay any more.The staff training is more and more important in modern enterprises.More and more enterprises are willing to assume the responsibility for the staff training,and the staff training outlay devoted is continually increasing.Government,enterprises and even the whole society are thinking more of the cultivation of high skilled workers. Enterprises are actively expanding the staff training,and they have raised a batch of the high skilled works as well as improved the stuff of the staff.The paper mainly includes five parts:The first part has introduced the reason and the significance,the definitions of the related conceptions,the literature summary,and the research methods.The second part has discussed the theory of the enterprise staff training,its exertion and effect.The third part is on the comparison of the staff training home and abroad.In this way,some inspirations to Chinese enterprise staff training have appeared.The fourth part has mostly analyzed the staff training in Hunan. Firstly,this part has analyzed the current situation,including its basic situation,the experience and the achievements.Secondly,it has further analyzed the problems and the causes of Hunan enterprise staff training. The working mechanism about the enterprise staff training isn't completely perfect.Drawing and using the outlay about the staff training isn't normative yet.The government guide and supervision mechanism isn't sufficient.There still exists definite distance between quantity and quality,between structure and market.It is mainly because there are misconstructions in ideas,failings in mechanisms and loopholes in systems.All that,to some extent,dampens the enthusiasm of the enterprise staff participating the training and influences the normal function of the enterprise economy.In the next place,there exist shortcomings in the staff themselves,which more or less have certain blight on the enterprise staff training.The fifth part has put forward the future development trend and provided a series strategies based on the current situation,the problems and the successful experience home and abroad.Firstly,this part has summarized the future development trend.The idea of the enterprise training is active and the status of the staff is gradually advanced.The trained staff is ranked from the lower level to the higher level.The enterprise staff training system is better and human resource development and management is more mature.Secondly,it has put forward the strategies of the enterprise staff training in Hunan from different angles,which firmly embays the government,the enterprise, the staff,the school and the whole society.
