With circular economy rises,"environmental protection" and "energy-saving" become a topic which been attracted increasing attention.Promoting economic,social and environmental sustainable development has been a trend.With commercial industry rapid development and logistics technology professional level improve,commercial distribution centers have been bursting out.In order to providing general logistics service for commercial market,they provide various functions such as transport,storage,loading and unloading,distribution etc.Because transportation would consume energy and bring exhaust emission,logistics distribution brings some pressure on environment and resource.So in order to promoting logistics sustainable development,the relation between building commercial distribution center and energy saving and emission reduce must be considered.Firstly,according to the characteristic and development status of commercial distribution center,affecting factors and common models for layout optimization have been researched.Secondly,energy consumption and pollutant emission are taken as important affecting factors;BP neural network is used to solving the location optimization of single commercial distribution center.Thirdly,energy consumption and CO2 emission,which are taken as constraint condition,are added to traditional distribution center location model.Then new location optimization model based on energy saving and emission reduce is set up,and genetic algorithm is used to solving the new model.Finally,the effect of energy saving and emission reduce having on location optimization is researched and analyzed;another new location optimization model is set up,taking transportation cost,operation cost,fixed investment cost and CO2 emission penalty cost being lowest as its objective function,taking energy consumption as one of the constraint condition;then according to analyzed the effect of location optimization having on energy saving and emission reduce,exhaust emission model,energy consumption model,distribution cost - exhaust emission - energy consumption weighted model are set up;some countermeasures for commercial distribution center layout based on energy saving and emission reduce are put up.
