Recently,people pay much attention to logistics, among which the logistics in production materials, industry good, daily use goods has developed a lot, while the study in food cold chain logistics which require high specialization is not enough. During aquatic products cold chain logistics, the time and temperature in circulation play a key part in aquatic products'quality. To make sure the food quality and reduce loss, the aquatic products need to circulate in unstop cold chain.With the development of the globalization of economy, the trade of international aquatic product increases continuously. 38% of the aquatic products in the world are circling in international market. The international cold chain logistics also requires cooperation of all the companies in cold chain, any breakup of any step may cause damage to the products. How to reduce logistic cost, improve service standard and make sure the products quality and safely, is the problem this paper will discuss.This paper introduces the international and domestic status of international aquatic product trade, the flow of international aquatic product cold chain and the problems existing in it. This paper takes BSL company as an example and bring out the solution to optimize the international cold chain. Among them, integrating the resource of third party cold chain logistic company to share the container, appointing shipping line company, building information platform in the internet could increase the satisfaction of customer and enhance the service quality. Build coldstore in China could reduce the stock cost of cold chain, and also appointing shipping company could increase the ability of factory or trading company to negotiate with shipping line and then reduce cost. The solution of increase strategic partner is good to reduce supply cost, reduce storage cost and enhance the information sharing level. Using HACCP to monitor the cold chain could make sure the aquatic product safety technically.This paper is written by using theory instruct practice, case study method.
