Land is the most important and basic resources in the sustainable development. And land resources are the material basis for people living as a carrier for human activities of all.Land sustainable development is the basic guarantee to realize district strategy of sustainable development in our country.Changes in the ecological environment in Tibet will not only seriously affect the health of the western socio-economic development and people's living standards, but also through atmospheric circulation and fiver water vapor cycle, the middle and lower reaches of the region directly related to the production and life, the impact of China's ecological security and sustainable development, also affect the ecological environment of neighboring countries security.Tibet is the commanding height of China's ecosystems,,the use of land resources for sustainable development is invaluable of future for the whole of China and Asia's political, economic, cultural development.Based on these, refers to ecological footprint analysis(EFA) which is to evaluate sustainable development, tries to appraise the station of LSU in Tibet from2000and 2006.It is shown that:The percentage of arable land, woodland, grassland, water, unused land is almost no significant change inTibet from2000 to 2006.It is important that woodland, grassland was increased, unused land is decreased.Dynamic calculation results, building is the largest. The ecological surplusin in Tibet from2000 to 2006,Tibet's ecological footprint per capita is increasing from 2000 0.6492hm~2 to 2006 0.8372hm~2,increased 0.2hm~2;per capita ecological carrying capacity is reduced from 2000 7.4233hm~2 to 2006 6.8682hm~2.From the ecological footprint and economic analysis related to property use of land resources in Tibet, there is still room for more. The ecological footprint and economic analysis related to property use of land resources in Tibet, there is still room for a larger, million of ecological footprint GDP in the period from 2000 to 2006 the trend of decreased gradually, indicating that the efficiency of the use of land resources to increase.Ecological diversity in the period between 2000 and 2006 generally showed a gradual downward trend in land use structure to be adjusted, while the ecological footprint of development is gradually increasing.Ecological footprint interannual changes in elasticity are less than 1 shows that the speed of the economic development of Tibet's ecological footprint is greater than the rate of increase in the plateau do a good job in environmental protection at the same time, economic development has also been effective development.Through the previous appraisal analysis, there are still the following questions:It is difficultly to using lot of land area, the land cultivation ratio is low;The intensive cultivation level is not high; The pasture resources is fruitful, using unreasonable; The forest land development degree is low, economy and ecological benefit is not high.In view of these questions proposed that the corresponding measures:set up the land utilization ethics view, enhances to the land resource sustainable use consciousness;Control population quantity, improves the human quality;By herd primarily, combined agriculture and stock farm sustainable development pattern;Speeds up the infrastructural facilities, saves the use land resource;Vigorously promoted new energy development and use.
