Research On The Construction Of Lou-Shao-Leng Urban Agglomeration, Hunan Province

The eleventh of five years programming of national economy and society development in China pointed out taking the urban agglomeration as the main form to promote urbanization, gradually forming urbanization space pattern that made the seaboard and the Jing-guang Jing-ha route as the y-axis, and Changjiang river and Long-hai route as the x-axis. Chang-Zhu-Tan urban agglomeration, as one of important node of Jing-guang route, is the priority developing area in the near future. Loudi located the middle of Hunan province, is not only the important pole of "3+5" urban agglomeration, but also the important hinter of "Chang-Zhu-Tan double-type society (resource-saving and environment-friendly) reform experimental area" . Therefore, accelerating harmony development of Lou-Shao-Leng urban agglomeration of which Loudi is the center and enhancing supportion to the "3+5" urban agglomeration have the pratical significance to promote the construction of Chang-Zhu-tan double-type society reform test area. But, the development of Lou-Shao-Leng urban agglomeration is in the early stage, its related research is very finetely. In order to enrich the study of Lou-Shao-Leng urban agglomeration, and explore the path of Lou-Shao-Leng urban agglomeration's reasonable development, this paper try hard to study deeply from its urbanization level, hierarchical and scale structure, and spatial structure.On the basis of concept of urban agglomeration, the paper look back the related research of urban agglomeration at home and abroad were looked back, then analyzed deeply urbanization level, hierarchical and scale structure, space structure and industrial structure of Lou-Shao-Leng urban agglomeration. Then pointed out its reasonable way by demonstrating its connection to Chang-Zhu-Tan urban agglomeration, and function, scale in the "3+5" urban agglomeration.The paper taking regression analysis and related analysis to the structure of Lou-Shao-Leng urban agglomeration used the model of fractal. It showed that, the urban system scale structure distribution of Lou-Shao-Leng urban agglomeration is uniform.From space structure, the paper analyzed the space network of Lou-Shao-Leng urban agglomeration with indexes of urban imbalance. It was be considered that the transportion of Lou-Shao-Leng urban agglomeration was set up, while the polarization effect of transportion axis was not made full use of it, and towns were dispersed and the effect of concentration was not exerted fully.The development of Lou-Shao-Leng urban agglomeration should make the central cities (Loudi and Shaoyang) as the spots, take traffic trunk as axis, from spot to axis, even to surface, so that forming a modern city network which is the core of central city, middle cities and small towns develop coordinately, and each city divide and collaborate. At the same time, it point out the Lou-Shao-Leng urban agglomeration should abandon the the regional development model of "one spot one line" , gradually change to regional spatial development mode which made the Loudi and Shaoyang as the double growth pole , depended on the transportation system of "one circle ,one line and one backbone".Finally, the paper discussed the optimizing ways of the Lou-Shao-Leng urban agglomeration structure from urbanization, level scale structure, functional structure and space structure.
