At present,to the private sector labor relations research,some subjects put forward a number of insights and understanding from different points of view.In this paper,,we are trying to identify the factors which impacts the cooperative labor relations and build a theory of cooperative labor relations in enterprises,at the same times,it also want to find the path for cooperative through the analysis to current labor cooperative relation plight in the private sector based on the results of having research and Sociology -Functionalism. In this paper,it holds that:in the current years,China's private sector labor relations is in plight which includes complexed relations,clear conflict and can't being effective solved to the difficulties.These difficulties are caused by the imbalance of power;unclear property rights,obligations,profits;the "supporting" and "controlling" private sector labor relations by the government and a strong traditional family culture.Private sector employers and employees want to build cooperative and benefit labor relations,the fundamental way is to build a cooperative labor relations system in private sector which has clear property rights and uses law -traditional culture to rule the private sector labor relation.The specific content of the thesis is as follows:The first part is the introduction which includes the background,significance and value of the paper and the current domestic and foreign private sector labor relations research outlined in the literature.At the same times,it points the innovation and research methods,as well as the construction arrangements in this article.The second part is starting to real studying which Focus on an analysis of the current status of China's labor relations.Throng the tripartite relationship analysis in private sector labor relation,it analysis labor-policy relations,funded-policy relationship and employers -employees relation by empirical data and information on labor relations and to explore plight of private sector cooperative labor relations in the current.Which is a good job for following analysis of the article.The third part of thesis focuses on the factors which impacts effective operation of industrial relations in private sector.This article holds that it is the main factors to caused the poor operation,complexed conflicts and violent conflict by the power imbalance; unclear labor property rights,,obligations,profits;the private sector labor relations "supporting" and "controlling" by the government;a strong family traditional culture in the private sector,our country.The fourth part focuses on dissertation of our country's private sector labor relations theory and practice-oriented foundation.Through the spectrum structure to current labor relations and the analysis of "into-out consultations" between employers and employees in private enterprises,the article points out the cooperative of both is the right selection of labor relations,at the same times it also points out that the basic theory and the reality of cooperative labor relation in private sector.The last part is the core in the article,in which it proposes the most important proposition:how to structure cooperative labor relation in private sector.Under the double dimension which is the guidance of Sociological the structure-function theory,in property rights and traditions culture of our country,the article has set up "the law -traditional culture governance" framework to construct cooperative industrial relations system.Then the article also has beening in-depth analysis for integral parts of the system.Final,it describes how to format effective and cooperative labor relation system in private sector under the joint force of the protection force,the maintain power, the balance force and the formation force.
