In china State-owned Forest Farm has one fifth of Forest Area and Forest Growing Stock. State-owned Forest Farm is an important component of forestry, is an important Green Barrier in china's Ecological Environment, is an important carrier in china's Ecological Civilization Construction. Human resources are the primary resource for its' Subjective initiative in production operation. Therefore State-owned Forest Farm Human Resource Development is not only a possible way to solve the current problems in State-owned Forest Farm, but also the engine to State-owned Forest Farm Sustainable Development and achievement of ecological function. So State-owned Forest Farm Human Resource Development is an improtant issue in the process of State-owned Forest Farm Reformation.The thesis first defines State-owned Forest Farm Human Resource Development's concept, object, purpose aim, principles and methods, all this factors form a standard format for State-owned Forest Farm Human Resource Development. Secondly, elicit the current problems of State-owned Forest Farm Human Resource Development from analysing current situation of State-owned Forest Farm Human Resource, then list the reasons cause problems in State-owned Forest Farm Human Resource Development.
