China Unicom and China Netcom are combined into China United Telecommunications Co., Ltd. The thesis makes Jinzhou Branch (hereinafter referred to Jinzhou New Unicom) as the object of study to probe into the matter of construction of corporate culture under the new situation.Jinzhou New Unicom after the recombination is confronted with the increasingly fierce competition. In order to develop steadily, it not only relies on political and economic power but also relies on development and perfection of the corporate culture. Corporate culture is the soul and internal driving force of an enterprise. And it is an important element of improving their quality and market competitiveness. Under the new situation Jinzhou New Unicom will mobilize the wisdom and strength of all the staff to fight for its prosperity.The thesis falls into five parts.Firstly, it deals with the background and the significance of the theme, including the main structure and contents.Secondly, it focuses on the theoretical explanation of telecommunications business culture.Thirdly, it analyzes the operating and competitive situation of the telecommunications business and Jinzhou New Unicom. Based on the analysis of the investigation example of the Unicom corporate culture, it aims at finding the problems and deficiencies.Fourthly, it puts forward the solution to the problems and deficiencies existing in the corporate culture. In this part, it elaborates on how to establish a mighty corporate culture and upgrade the core competitiveness of Jinzhou New Unicom. Finally, it stresses the importance of putting the corporate culture in practice. The practice will be able to make the corporate culture an inner part of its own.The thesis may have a certain referential significance for the construction of business culture of Jinzhou New Unicom.
