The coal enterprise is the traditional resource-based enterprises,by historical reasons and large labor intensity,poor working environment,higher risk coefficient,influence the quality of staff is relatively low,the Department of coal enterprises(including office and district)performance too much attention to the coal production and production efficiency,and ignored the management improvement and long-term development the guide,which is a common feature of the current evaluation system of most coal enterprises in our country Department performance.So that the performance appraisal did not play its due role.In this paper,H coal mine of SD Group department level units(including office and district,hereinafter referred to as the Department)as the research object,the performance appraisal theory and practice experience of coal enterprise departments summarized;on the basis of investigation,design status assessment and performance analysis of H coal mine department,proposed the existence of such a H coal mine "the assessment system is not perfect,the use of the assessment results is not in place,not very good to undertake the enterprise strategic development goal of" five major problems;on the basis of investigation and analysis,combining with the main problems,establish department performance appraisal improvement design objective and design principle of the scheme,and from the performance evaluation index and the main body,cycle and results of the application design of the performance appraisal of H coal mine sector improvement scheme;finally,from the leadership,corporate culture and The establishment of the evaluation information system,the paper puts forward the measures to ensure the effective implementation of the department performance evaluation program.This paper focuses on the use of data method,interview method,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,theory and practice of combining the enterprise focus on the promotion of H coal mine improvement problem of department performance appraisal of the enterprise,and the coal industry to improve department performance appraisal is of practical significance and representative.
