20th century since the 80's, with the development of economic globalization and the growth of multinational corporations, the labor relations have been in a state of imbalance, economic globalization, the gap between the rich and the poor at the same time accompanied by the globalization, labor rights protection as a world-wide social problems. In this context, corporate social responsibility campaigns launched by developed countries in Europe and America, and continue to be of great importance to world development.Corporate social responsibility is an intuitive point of view the cost of waste, which is the traditional economic theory of business purpose: the pursuit of profit maximization to contradict the essence. Stakeholder Theory with the introduction of enterprises found to be unable to consider only the interests of shareholders and the profits of a single indicator. An active commitment to corporate social responsibility, corporate social responsibility initiatives of the enterprise can win the better for the enterprise's reputation and credibility, brand effect, so as to achieve win-win results. With the deepening of China's reform the system of perfect competition among enterprises, a good reputation and public image became an important indicator of competitiveness. Therefore, the study of corporate social responsibility has been put on to the stage.In this paper, the author analyse the corporate social responsibility through the management, with an example for corporate social responsibility in China's large state-owned enterprise management of the implementation of recommendations.
