The Research Of Renovation Of The City Village Of Xi'an Economical & Technological Development Zone

With the process of urbanization continuously pushing, the enlargement of city scale and our long-standing economic and social binary system, the problems of the city village exist in almost all the cities. Village inside city is a prevalent phenomenon which nearly can be found in almost all the cities, and the city village causes profoundly impact on both urban and rural health and orderly development, the problem of city village has seriously hindered the healthy and harmonious development of city. So research and discussion on the reconstruction of the city village is inevitable in our country's advancing the construction of the urban modernization continuously, and is also the demand of a socialist harmonious society in China.This thesis summarizes foreign and domestic related relative theoretical and practical analysis, and meanwhile, in order to accurately and clearly grap the problem of city village, comb specific situations of Xi'an Economical & Technological Development Zone condition, and the present situations, formation mechanism and analysis of advantages and disadvantages of the city village together.By the analysis of the interests and interaction between the three participants, combining with the game theory, modeling analysis the balance of interests of the three participant—developers, village residents and intermediary organization, this paper applies game theory to build up a dynamic model of the city village improvement to analyze the game principle of the related bodies. Finally, puts forward six policy recommendations about the problem of city village, and the renovation and controlling of the city village must be carried out simultaneously, not only renovation the city village, but also we should prevent the emergence of new city villages.In the cases analysis part, combining renovation of management methods of the city village in Xi'an and specific situations of Xi'an Economical & Technological Development Zone condition, the paper chooses a representative the city village to analyze from Xi'an Economical & Technological Development Zone, through economic and technical assessment and factor analysis of the city village. Finally, this paper put forward proposal on implementation for the city village, and laid a foundation for solving the problems of the city village.
