Human Resources Management Study Of Nanchang National High-Tech Industrial Development Zone Management Committee

Since reform and opening up,the development of high-tech industrial development zone has been a typical model of the building of a socialist market economy in our country. It has a very important role on economic development, technological innovation, which is the main force of China's economic development and technological innovation. The system of government and human resource system in the zones is different with the traditional governments. The history of high-tech zone management committee is not long. The human resource system is simple, efficient and innovates. Nanchang national high-tech industrial development is the only national-level high-tech development zone in Jiangxi .It have a certain level of representativeness in all high-tech zones. It is valuable in the theories and actions to research the human resource system. The experience is helpful to the other high-tech zones and governments.In the first place, this article descripts the theories of human resource and human resource of government department, compare the theories between high-tech zone management committee and traditional governments department.
