Study On The Policy Option Of Process Innovation In Manufacturing Enterprises Based On The Informationization

The fast development of informationization have deeply changed the living environment of modern manufacturing enterprises, and brought more and more pressure and challenges. Meanwhile, information process is the strong tool and impetus of manufacturing enterprise innovation; it can keep manufacturing enterprise innovating so as to enhance competition ability and increase economic profits of manufacturing enterprise. The study shows that the innovation level of process plays a key role in deciding whether the whole process innovation system is successful or not. It made manufacturing enterprise lose competitive advantages in the industry field and led to the slow development of economy, while today's economic advantages are inseparable with their attention on process innovation. Therefore, it is an important strategy choice to apply information process into the whole course of manufacturing enterprise innovation process, develop the advantages of information process and change traditional process innovation.This article analyzes the process innovation policy system in our country and reveals the existing problems from the point of the total amounts, density, the policy formulated department and the content of process innovation policy on the basis of some relative theories research both home and abroad. Based on the analysis of the inner and outer influential factors of informationization and process innovation, the author proved the degree of association between informationization and process innovation, focused on the process innovation equipments and the course of process input's influence on the ability of process innovation, finally got the process innovation ability's mechanism models and found the key of manufacturing enterprise policy choice in our country. We should choose our process innovation on the basis of our manufacturing enterprises'goals and rules and proposed the policy suggestion from the view of the financial policy, the taxation policy, the talents policy, the reinforcement of government informationization platform construction and the shift of government function. In the empirical research, the article used the way of the main gradient analysis to analyze the above factors'influence on our manufacturing enterprise's process innovation and got the importance of each factor. The author proved the article's view by choosing the input-output function model to make regressive operation to get the degree of process innovation input level, informationization input level and policy effects influencing on process innovation ability.
