The Countermeasure Research To Improve Agricultural Comprehensive Production Capability Of Gansu Province

Agricultural comprehensive production capacity is the key to the development of rural productivity,and it is also the basic requirement for our country to ensure food security,the development of modern agriculture,increase farmers income and the promotion of constructing socialist new countryside.Agricultural comprehensive production capacity is the main indicator of economic strength to measure the overall level of agriculture and rural areas of a country or a region.In GanSu,the weak condition of agricultural infrastructure;the reduction of farm land;the degeneration of the ecological environment's quality;the low level of mechanization;extensive business;the imperfect system of technology development and promotion and service;the low quality of farmers are still very prominent,which not only make it difficult to raise the agricultural comprehensive production capacity,but also becomes a serious threat to the sustained and stable development of agriculture in GanSu. The study On how to improve agricultural comprehensive production capacity in Gansu Province ,it has some practical significance to improve the overall competitiveness of agriculture in Gansu Province, to increase the income of the farmers have.The goal of this article is precisely based on proposing the countermeasures of improving agricultural comprehensive production capacity of Gansu,and done a detailed analysis to the status of agricultural comprehensive production capacity both at home and abroad.Give the definition of agricultural comprehensive production capacity on basis of analysis to the content and theory of agricultural comprehensive production ability.Build a evaluation index system of agricultural comprehensive production capacity which covered 4 aspects and 17 indexes according to the principles of constructing evaluation index system of agricultural comprehensive production capacity.Use AHP to give weights to the index in evaluation index system of agricultural comprehensive production capacity,use Gray Correlation to sort and standardize the data,and calculate the correlation coefficient,finally combine with the weight abtained from AHP,compose the total index of agricultural comprehensive production capacity .Then use the constructed index system to test and empirically evaluate agricultural comprehensive production,and analyse the status of agricultural comprehensive production capacity of the various region and overall province in Gansuidentify the reason that affect improving agricultural comprehensive production capacity.Finally propose more reasonable countermeasures of improving agricultural comprehensive production capacity,in order to provide useful reference to implement countermeasures of improving agricultural comprehensive production capacity,realize increasing production .
