Research On Urban Anti-Poverty In Zhejiang Province A Equalization Of Basic Public Services Perspective

In the mid-90s last century, urban poverty issues caught people's eyes with the ongoing urbanization, urban poverty will become more prominent. before entering the communist society,it will exist for a long time. Compared to rural poverty, urban poverty has a high concentration, they are more cognitive and sensitivity, urban poverty not only leads to poor residents' psychological imbalance and undermines social stability of the psychological basis, but also will affectd overall development and stability of society and the economy. Research of urban poverty, is of great significance for both the achievement of equalization of basic public services and building a harmonious societyBy describing the theory of equalization of public services,the article illustrates the government's responsibilities and obligations poverty in urban anti-poverty; By deeply analyzing on human rights and the meaning of poverty, this article innovativly puts forward that anti-poverty work is to protect human rights.This article analyzes the living situation of poor residents in Zhejiang Province, combies urban anti-poverty policies in Zhejiang Province, sums up the experience of anti-poverty work of Zhejiang Province, puts forward the backwards of Zhejiang anti-poverty policy, and analyzes anti-poverty policy in Zhejiang Province with Hierarchy of Needs theory.The urban anti-poverty work is analyzed. Through on-site interviews, questionnaires and analysis, to Xiaohe streets,i understand the actual situation of poor residents in urban Zhejiang Province, know the experience and expectations of policy in poor residents.Finally, based on the practical experience at home and abroad, the article gives some specific countermeasures for reference.Understanding the living conditions and reasons of urban poverty, proposing anti-poverty proposals is the aim of this paper; analyzing experience and lack of urban anti-poverty work is the keypoint in this article; proposing anti-poverty work is to protect human rights, actual interviews and questionnaires Investigation on Xiaohe Street is innovation of this article.
