But at the present stage of smaller scale is less than 10% in the State of the entire energy structure. With the improvement of residents living standards as environmental awareness increases, the next 10-15 years in the domestic gas market will enter a phase of rapid development, which mainly applies to generate electricity, gas, chemical, industry, etc.The industrial application of natural gas in the Daqing Oilfield, the largest oil field have developed, is backward comparing to other oilfield. Oil companies have signed a long-term supply contract with the city of Harbin and Qiqihar. So we need to perfect internal network of the Daqing City. In order to enhance the city's natural gas consumption, we actively pursue external market, with the rise of 90×10~4 m~3 from 40×10~4 m~3 on the day amount of gas supply in Harbin city, 50×10~4 m~3 from 10×10~4 m~3 on the day amount of gas supply in Qiqihar, feasibility of justification of supply in Zhaodong city.The Zhaodong city as the head of the first ranking in Heilongjiang province, has great development potential, with the unique resources, geography, traffic, fast economic development, residents environmental awareness, natural gas demand. At present, most residents used the liquefied petroleum gas in Zhaodong city, and the price of liquefied petroleum gas arises dramatically to 83 per bottle in recent years. We discover that the price of liquefied petroleum gas is 3 times as the price of natural gas, changing the liquefied petroleum gas and natural gas into the same calories. It has good price advantage with gas replacement LPG. Town gas pipeline enables residents to be home life shortcut, makes the city fuel volume reduce significantly, as the city's central heating and cooling.Natural gas supply projects of Zhaodong city not only meet natural master plan of the eleventh five year", also key building in the northeast of China's total natural gas pipeline network in China Petroleum "eleventh five year". Project implementation, not only can promote and support stable and sustainable development of the national economy in Zhaodong city, but also is a livelihood projects.During this article-writing process, we visit Daqing city and Zhangdong city, and demonstrate firstly the capacity of the target market, at the same time on the target market subdivision, separately on the segment size and price affordability research from the civil market, industrial markets, public buildings and commercial gas market areas, which provide the establishment of the project. Secondly we mastered the natural gas exploration and development planning of oilfield "eleventh five year" through researching the Daqing Oilfield Institute and gas-production branch, and chose to meet the requirements of the most recent source of gas supply. Third, through communication with government planning departments of Zhaodong city, the project has been included construction master plan of Zhaodong city, considering long-term development planning, urban and design leaving room for development.Taking into account the affordability of local finance, we also discuss preliminary project finance and capital work, and establish investment style combined financing and commercial loans, and implement project planning using project management theory and method.Overall the research and analysis of late, the results indicate that the Zhaodong natural gas supply engineering projects has feasibility both in economic and social benefits.
