Study On Structure And Allocation Of Rural-urban Construction Land

The economic in our country is in the stage of rapid development. With the quickening of urbanization and industrialization process, it comes up with a rigid requirements for construction land. At the same time, the disparity between the urban and rural area has been enlarging day by day. Therefore, it is quite necessary to study how to control the utilization of construction land both in the city and the countryside, how to make an overall arrangement of the construction land of the city and the countryside and how to make the best use of our land. This paper takes Guiyang county of Hunan province as an example, it researched the basic theory, the scale structure, the optimum pattern as well as the measurements on the structure and optimum layout of urban and rural construction land, which gave a guarantee to carry on the intensive utilization of land resource and the harmonious development of economy, socity, and environment in Guiyang County。The paper was divided into six parts:The first chapter is the introduction. Based on the analysis of research background, it discussed the research significance, reviewed the research statue home and abroad and summarized the basic theory on the structure and optimum layout of urban and rural construction land. The second chapter appraised the present situation of Guiyang County on urban and rural construction land. Firstly, it analyzed the land's structural change, level and layout in different stratified cities and villages. And this paper proposed some problems which exist in the urban and rural construction land's scale, utilization level and layout of Guiyang County.The third chapter is about the research on the scale of land for construction both in urban and rural areas. According to the fact that land uses rely on population, from the point of variation of population movement, the article gave an analysis on the developing trend of population movement in the coming more than ten years in Guiyang County. On the basis of it, land-use scales of all ranks of cities, owns and villages are calculated in Guiyang County. Through gray analyzing method and section planning approach land-use scale of individual factory and mining is predicted, the result shown that in the future period the scale of land use for construction is likely to keep Increase, But the urban land is more quickly and the rural land is slowly.The fourth chapter is about the layout analysis of urban and rural construction land. This paper selected several indexes, such as Gross Domestic Product, investment in the fixed assets, population growth and so on, in order to analyze the driving factor on the layout of urban and rural construction land in Guiyang County. The fifth chapter is based on the third and fourth chapters, it established a layout optimum pattern of urban and rural construction land in Guiyang County, then, it gave a detailed illustration on the structural and overall layout, which is from the aspect of urban land, countryside residential area land, industry land and urban and rural construction land.The last chapter is the research on countermeasures which is on the structure and optimum layout of urban and rural construction land. It put forword several measures, such as eliminate the idle land phenomena, enhance the land consolidation, propel the new countryside construction actively, and so on.
