Establishing an incentive mechanism is an important part of S company's restructuring.In this paper, the author first introduces the characteristics and status of the power construction supervision industry, then depends on the purpose of establishing an effective incentive mechanism, through examples and data analysis, analyzes and researches S company's human resources, especially incentive mechanism, points out the current lack of incentives and causes. Upon the current shortcomings of incentive mechanism, an operable incentive system consistent with the company's actual circumstances is preliminarily designed. Finally, the last paragraph concludes this paper and points out the limitations of this paper. |
