Nowadays, the competition between modern enterprises is intense with theaccelerating pace of economic globalization. In fact, the competition of modernenterprises in the final analysis is the competition of the incentive mechanism in enterprise.Whether an enterprise has a good incentive mechanism to cultivate and retain the talent ornot, can give full scope to the talents or not, is one of the most important conditions of thedevelopment of the enterprise. Facing the competition and challenges that the currentemployee mobility, it is an urgent problem to be solved for Huizhou Sanhua IndustrialCorporation and the China’s small and medium-sized private enterprises that how todesign a set of scientific and effective enterprise system. It has important,theoretical andpractical significance to provide some reference and enlightenment for the similarenterprises make good use of appropriate incentives to retain staff, enhance the corecompetitiveness of enterprises, in view of the enterprise staff high mobility characteristics,studying the Huizhou Sanhua Industrial Corporation of incentive mechanism and make itperfect.This article tries to give a scientific and effective suggestion for the Huizhou SanhuaIndustrial Corporation from modern human resources management of its actual needs, inthe incentive mechanism of system design and improve them, from different departments,different positions, different periods reflect the enterprise employee occupation careermanagement, internal selection and training system, compensation system design andother aspects of the incentive, but also is the use of modern human resource managementconcept, pay attention to employee development demand, the staff concerned about thehealthy growth, keep them in work for enterprises and acquire more development space,improve their lifelong employment ability, fully embodies the importance of equity theory.At the same time, relying on modern salary management idea, scientific, fair, justice of themodern salary system design of the staff and remuneration linked to effective, authorityduty reciprocity, and performance and reward equivalence. Through the use of interestdrive and continue to meet the internal staff needs to realize the incentive for employees,fully embodies the demand theory the main idea.By the method of linking theory with practice, the domestic and international studiesof various incentive theory and modern human resources management of the actual needsof integration, formed a set of learn widely from others’ strong points, self-containedincentive system. It helps to promote the development of Huizhou Sanhua Industrial Company Limited, at the same time to the Pearl River Delta region and even the wholecountry is similar to the small and medium private enterprises to provide reference andinspiration.
