The Study On Entreneurial Learning Of Small Business Owners

Entrepreneur not only is the focus of social concern currently but also one of the most popular topics in the 21st century because that it can bring rapid economic development as well as ease the employment pressure. Entreprenurial experience is necessary to learn, entrepreneurial learning as an important part of entrepreneurship has been watching by scholars at home and abroad and has become a hot field of entrepreneurship studies. Although some scholars had conducted empirical research, which was still not sufficient.On the basis of the prior research, this dissertation were to investigate the contents of entrepreneurial learning as well as study the consequences of entrepreneurial learning in china. For these purposes, some standard research method, such as iterature review, interview and survey were used in this research. In addition, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis were also applied for date analysis. The main conclusions are as the following:Fistly, the content of entrepreneurial learning consisted of two factors, which included"industry knowledge leaning"and"regulation with the organization". The reliability and validity of entrepreneurial learning content questionnaire were highly enough.Secondly, the research discussed about the demographical variable's effects on entrepreneurial learning.The demographical variable included sex, age ,education. We found that the demographical variable had not some significant effects on two dimensions of entrepreneurial learning.Thirdly, the research discussed the relationship between entrepreneurial learning and its consequence. It was discovered that"industry knowledge leaning"was positively correlated with entrepreneurial competency and entrepreneurial performance; "regulation with the organization"was positively correlated with entrepreneurial competency, but it was not positively correlated with entrepreneurial performance.Fourthly, the research discussed the mediate effects of entrepreneurial competency by hierarchical regression analysis. We found that entrepreneurial competency was only the completely mediate variable in the relationship between"industry knowledge leaning"and entrepreneurial performance.
