Analysis And Countermeasure Study On High Vocational Students' Ability To Create

In the 21th century, international competition would mainly be inflected as talent competition. As the important organization to culture the advanced, applied and specialized talents, higher vocational college has a heavy task of culturing the technical and innovative talents. However, how students'innovation ability is will directly affect the innovation level of the applied technology field. Therefore, it's very important to discuss and build a set of culture system of innovation ability for national conditions and higher vocational characters, to strengthen the culture of prfessional ability and innovation ability, and to promote comprehensively quality education, which is of important significance for teaching reform, for curriculum system building, for culturing of innovation ability for technical and applied talents, as well as for economy development of our country.In the paper, the students'from higher vocational college are selected as study object and the evaluation index and method on students'innovation ability are set up. Taking the students'of Hebei Normal University of Science & Technology for example, the paper makes an evaluation on the students'innovation ability as well as status analysis, proposes the corresponding solutions to improve students'innovation ability of higher vocational college.
