This thesis discussed the strategy frame of Shandong Commercial Project Architectural Design Co., Ltd. View of the company's C-F class A and civil architecture class B, the article first summarizes and analyzes external and internal strategic development environment of the institute and then designed by the staff on-site survey and Design Institute found the problems when development of research encountered, discusses the restricting factors of the company's development. Through induction, deduction summed up the strategic development framework. Finally, put forward proposals for the institute by the strategic framework.With the purpose of providing strategic design for the Design Institute in the next 3 to 5 years, provides suggestions in many aspects of business management feasible to make it in the current design of the market to continue to progress in the dominant part, come from behind in disadvantaged areas, the corporate vision and development goals further.
