The thesis analyze the reason for more and more Guangzhou citizen to form a habit to choose the 10 gallons drinking water, in the meanwhile, will go through the line company advantage and disadvantage. Identify the target market in Guangzhou and define the methods to develop. Among them, the shops in the living communities are the potential markets in Guangzhou to develop, this is one of the characters of Billlarm differs from other company. It shows Billlarm focuses on citizen market. The main marketing strategy for is customer and price oriented which shows Billlarm feasible operation style.This thesis has seven chapters. Chapter 1 is instruction. Chapter 2 is to analyze current Guangzhou beverage market status, including drinking water. Chapter 3 is the competition of Billlarm in Guangzhou drinking water line.Chapter 4 is the marketing strategy of Billlarm drinking water business. Chapter 5 is marketing tactics. Chapter 6 is the organization design, implementation and control.Chapter 7 is the conclusion and expectation. Summarize the performance of the study, describle the shortcoming and plan to study further.
