An Analysis And Synthetical Evaluation On Ecological And Economic Effect Of Apple Industry In Luochuan County

The all-round improvement of economy, social and ecology effect of apple industrial in LuoChuan not only helps to strengthen industrial competitiveness, but also helps to solve ecological environment bondage. we can judge the rules and influence factors of the development of apple industry based on the analysis and dynamic evaluation on the ecological and economic effect of apple industry in LuoChuan. Then put forward ot reference for the draft of policy.This paper first analyse the economic, social and ecological effect of apple industrial in LuoChuan. On this basis, the evaluation index system of ecological and economic effects of apple industry in LuoChuan was built . Then we using grey relational evaluation method to evaluate dynamically the ecological and economic effects of apple industry in LuoChuan by 2000-2008 years, and finally analysis the promote or restrict factors of the improvement of the ecological and economic effects of apple industry in LuoChuan. In this Paper, chapter 2 is related to the definition of the theoretical basis. The chapter 3 is related to the analysis on the ecological and economic effects of apple industry in LuoChuan, The chapter 4 is related to the dynamic evaluation on the ecological and economic effects of apple industry in LuoChuan, The chapter 5 is related to the conclusion and policy recommendations.The main conclusions are as follows:(1) In 2000-2008 years, the development e of cological and economic effects of apple industry in LuoChuan is winding up trend in general. In 2000-2002 years, the development trend is declining, but then ascendant in 2003-2008 years., developing fast,compared to the years 2006 and 2008,the development is much more fast in 2004, 2005 and 2007 years.(2) Through the contrastive analysis on the trend line of each effect index and comprehensive evaluation score of the ecological and economic effects of apple industry in LuoChuan ,the result shows that the growth of the economic ,social and ecological effects of apple industry in LuoChuan promote the improvement of the ecological and economic effects in different degrees, But in the later, the economic and social efficiency become the main factors of ascension.(3) the main restrict factors of the improvement of the ecological and economic effects of apple industry in LuoChuan is the excessive use of fertilizer and no increase in the orchard of apple.Two creative exploration was found as follows:A is for ever in the evaluation on the ecological and economic effects, the dynamic evaluation of apple industry of the ecological and economic effects of the comprehensive evaluation.Two is to establish a new social effect evaluation index system, and improve the economic effect of ecological complement the social effect evaluation indexes system.
