The Research On The Management Of Project Communication In The First Phase Of The Kundulun Thermal Power Plant

Along with economic globalization, China has gradually integrated into the worldwide economic tide, enterprises have increasingly fierce competition, project management will become widespread. Accurate and in-depth evaluation of the project's communication skills can help project managers to take appropriate measures to improve the communication skills, not only has important theoretical significance, but also of great practical significance.This article based on the research background and research purposes. We analysised deeply the factors that affect the effectiveness of communication, which has been used to establish an evaluation project indicators of communication effectiveness system. And we smartly use AHP and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method to analysis the indicators. Finally, based on the electric-Kun 2×300MW thermal power construction projects, we established a performance indicator system in order to verify the practicality and effectiveness of the system.
