Shandong Peninsula Endogenous Development Of Space For Small Towns

20 years of reform and opening up, China's rapid economic growth of small cities and towns, increasing levels of urbanization. With the development of small towns and small cities and towns continued outward expansion of space, urban spatial structure are being adjusted and continue to adapt. Reasonable spatial structure of urban planning to guide and control measures, help to prevent the spread of small-town space disorder, promotion of small towns to form a reasonable structure, enhancing the comprehensive quality of small towns.With the social and economic development, Shandong Peninsula endogenous small towns continued outward expansion of space, urban scale, spatial structure, spatial patterns are changing. In this paper, the four typical sources of the Shandong Peninsula in small towns on the basis of field investigation, summarized in a small town-oriented features of the socio-economic development, urban-scale analysis of the changes of the spatial structure and spatial analysis of morphological characteristics and Its Evolution, inductive spatial expansion model.The results show that endogenous Shandong Peninsula socio-economic development for small towns is characterized by:moderate increase in the level of urbanization, but the overall level should be improved; significant improvement in urban construction and service facilities are being improved; towns stable economic growth, volatility is not; Industry continuously adjust and optimize the structure, showing a "industrial" development characteristics; agricultural development, higher levels of industrialization; industry started earlier, industry has developed rapidly; industrial ownership structure dominated by collective and private economy; the tertiary industry to the traditional service-based professional market boom; industry is closely related to, and strong local roots.In the scale of urban land, the Shandong peninsula in the site-oriented small towns showed an increasing trend, but the relatively slow growth. Various sites, the largest increase in industrial land, followed by public facilities land, residential land increased less.Endogenous Shandong Peninsula towns small towns to form concentrated mainly, but not immutable, at different times, urban form is not identical. In this paper, calculating compactness index, to analyze the endogenous Shandong Peninsula of Small Towns evolution of urban spatial form Di, found that the Shandong Peninsula in a compact-oriented small towns degree Zhishujiaodi, was from low to high for Qu Shi. Large enterprises and small towns in space forms influenced by the location of large enterprises; enterprise cluster layout small towns affected by the impact of relatively small enterprises.In the land structure, the Shandong Peninsula endogenous small towns experienced great changes. Before the reform, a greater proportion of residential land, other land less; reform and opening up to 1997 years ago, the other land has increased, but still the main living space; 1997, after the establishment of small towns-governmental organizations, urban planning, adjusting land use structure, increase the land for public facilities and municipal facilities, land, land-use structure is relatively reasonable.In land distribution, the Shandong Peninsula source small towns within the layout of residential land little changed; loose distribution of industrial land in the village to the township industrial park gradually concentration; public facilities in the town center arrangement of land concentration.Shandong Peninsula endogenous expansion of small towns are contiguous multi-mode type extension model for the expansion of industrial land as a guide.
