Era of scientific economy has arrived. During this time, the knowledge-based workers have played an important role. Their abilities and efficiency on how to create and use the knowledge have become the key factors that will have an impact on enterprise's comprehensive strength and competitiveness on the market. Whether the incentive system is reasonable or not is directly related to the efficiency of the knowledge-based staff. So it is extremely necessary to establish a set of incentive system to meet the long-term development of enterprises and to ensure the realization of strategic objectives.In this paper, the new incentive systems and specific measures about company A are proposed by the combination of the theory and the specific cases, and the in-depth analysis on the current situation, the causes and the main problems of the existing incentive system about the company. And this will motivate the knowledge-based workers to dedicate themselves to the company and provide the impetus and systems to protect human resources so as to achieve the company A's strategic goals smoothly.In this article, the selection of the company A has its representation. The results of this research can be used by the other enterprises to solute the problems of incentive for the knowledge-based workers.
