The Research About Project Scope Management For Telecomoperators Integrated Services System

Introducing project scope management in management and administration of telecom operator is the key of transformation, optimization and improvement of management for enterprises, which will finally improve the competitiveness.Project Scope management is one of the most important points, defining and managing the project scope influences the project's overall success.Project Scope Management includes the processes required to ensure that the project includes all the work required, and only the work required, to complete the project successfully5.Project scope management is primarily concerned with defining and controlling what is and is not included in the project.This paper takes the implementation of integrated services system in scope research for one telecomperators as an example and tries to find out an effective way for scope management of integrated services system. This article takes the integrated services system project scope management as studying object, on the basis of the five processes of project scope management, initiation, scope plan, scope definition, scope verification and scope alteration control,to carry out specific research for the management and control that performed in the project implementation process.To make project plans by applying the brainstorming and Delphi technique, to create work breakdown structure (WBS) in accordance with project progress by top-down method in the project scope definition process.Through analysis research and practice operation, it's found that some problems exist in project management implementation. For these related matters,we make timely corrective measures by using the theory and methods of project management.Project Scope management is still not complete yet and need everyone's endeavors to find out new solutions and complete project management system.
