Sociological Analysis Of New Type Of Herdsmen's Cooperative Economic Organization

This thesis analyses and researches the New Type of Herdsmen's Cooperative Economic Organization as a social organization from the point of view of sociology taking Bayantuohai Gacha in Ewenki Banner as an example and using the methods of field investigation, analysis and description and data statistics. This thesis consists of six parts. They are the introduction, the general situation of New Type of Herdsmen's Cooperative Economic Organization, the current situation of Bayantuohai Gacha, the problems which existed in the development of New Type of Herdsmen's Cooperative Economic Organization and the solutions to those problems, the conclusion and the references.In the first chapter, the author introduces the definition and the background of New Type of Herdsmen's Cooperative Economic Organization, and the current situations of New Type of Cooperative Economic Organizations in Inner Mongolia:the distribution, types and models of the cooperative organization.The second chapter is mainly about the introduction to the Bayantuohai Gacha-----the general situation, the background and the development of this Gacha. And also analyzes the organization structure, the contents and the functions of New Type of Herdsmen's Cooperative Economic Organization in Bayantuohai Gacha.In the third chapter, the author analyzes the problems which existed in the development of New Type of Herdsmen's Cooperative Economic Organization in Bayantuohai Gacha. They are the over-interference from the government; the organization has becoming a family business and lack of the transparency of the organization to the public. And the author also provides some solutions to these problems-------to improve the awareness of the herdsmen, to establish a good relationship between the government and the organization, and to improve the democratic supervision system.
