With the development of the society, the competence of talents has become a hot topic among modern enterprises. To attract and keep talents, draw out employees'wisdom and capabilities, we must improve our employee's satisfaction, enhance their sense of belonging to the enterprise and realize people oriented management. As the largest united steel enterprise in China, BL company has been experiencing merging, reorganizing and reforming, therefore, it has not conducted a systematical and overall research on the influence resulted from the rapid development of the company. With the company's continual emphases of the strategical goal of realizing "powerful", to state the overall satisfation of the employees and build a team of professionals with high spirits becomes an urgent task.Some methods like documents methodology, questionnaire design, questionnaire survey and statistical analysis method are used to study the satisfaction of BL company's employees. Three items are emphasized in this paper:(1) To set up a questionnaire module of employee's satisfaction which meets the employee's needs. a structural model of employee's satisfaction which meets BL Steel company's needs is designed by the means of Analytic hierarchy process according to BL Steel company's real situations.;(2) To state the employee's satisfaction in current situation; Generally speaking, the employee's satisfaction of BL company is on the level of "satisfied", among them, the highest level is on "company's strategy and enterprise culture", "team cooperation and interpersonal relationship" and "work", the lowest level is on "salary", "employee's development" and "company's management";(3) To find out applicable solution. On the basis of the analysis of the questionnaire on BL company's employee's satisfaction, the negative factors are analyzed, the corrective orientations are made clear; Furthermore, some key points are proposeThere are a great significance to BL company's employee's satisfaction, Through the research on employee's satisfaction, the corrective orientations are made clear. Furthermore, some key points are propose:to perfect the allocation and utility of the HR department; to perfect employees'training and development system; to perfect the pay system and its fairness and justifiableness; to perfect its performance system, and strengthen its application of performance estimation; to enhance communication and consideration; to perfect its system and strengthen its implementation and management.
