Competition on talents among enterprises is becoming more and more intense. Job-hopping and somebody being fired are almost happening everyday. Frequent flow of talents causes lots of problems for enterprises. Loyalty is the basic content of professional ethics. Employer and employee should be loyal to each other from which they expect to reach a psychological contract. Social and personal factors puls factors in enterprises all have an effect on employee loyalty. Decline of employee loyalty which causes many conflicts also reveals lots of problems in society ethinics. Based on the research findings of employee loyalty done by scholars at home and abroad, this paper analyses and provides some strategies for the construction of employee loyalty in the respects of ethnical concept, ethnical management function and ethnical diathesis, in order to help enterprises solve this difficult situation which offers theoretical guidance for enterprises in China on how to enhance employee loyalty. |
