For a long time, the power supply enterprises always monopolize the market, causing the uncurious of marketing and sales strategy. The construction of marketing system is still in very junior stage. As the deeper development of electronic system innovation and power market situation changes, there are several future market trends: a. The government will gradually strengthen the supervise on the Power enterprises; b. The power market will step from"Seller market"to"Buyer market"as the continuous growth of power supply; c. Consumers will raise up significantly higher request on electronic supply quality, supply application, facility maintenance, and service quality etc.. Under the new marketing environment, the Power supply enterprises need to change the mindset on marketing management. It's crucial time for them to set up adaptable Marketing strategy and innovative management methods to fulfill the consumers'satisfactionThrough the research of GZ HD power supply bureau, this thesis combines Modern Marketing theory and enterprise marketing practices to analyze the Power market status.
