Study On Service Countermeasures To Dong Ying High Eco-economy District About China University Of Petroleum

With the rapid development of knowledge-based economy, higher education is becoming the power source of economic development. Colleges and universities are deepening the degree of participating in the regional economic development.In the long-term process of educational development, China University of Petroleum(East China) takes"service"as its purpose and actively carries out services on education, technology and culture. It finally uniforms its educational characteristics and regional-society service model of"producing, learning and researching"and makes its due contribution to the development of regional economy and society.At present, under the background of implement ting national strategies to build high-efficiency ecological economic zone of the Yellow River Delta, as the only national key university in this area, how to deepen the combination of"producing, learning and researching", perfect the regional innovation system and how to play a better role in the construction of the Yellow River Delta(Dong Ying), are all new tasks that have to be faced of our school.This paper first describes the background and significance of studying on construction of high-efficiency ecological economic zone, and then gives a brief theoretical introduction and analyzes the situation of regional development of the Yellow River Delta (Dong Ying). Combining with the features of China University of Petroleum (East China) as well as the main model of service for regional development and drawing on the interactive experience between domestic and foreign institutions and regional economic development, the author puts forwards suggestions on how to serving on development of high-efficiency ecological economic zone of the Yellow River Delta (Dong Ying).
