The Fostering Mechanism And Empirical Analysis On Corporation Social Responsibility Of Commercial Bank

Commercial banks has an important position in the allocation of social resources, it also has a positive effect on the social development and economic sustainable development. Therefore, to explore the cultivation of commercial banks in the path of social responsibility, mechanisms for deepening the commercial banking system reform and improve the function of commercial banks has important theoretical and practical significance. This article introduces the meaning and purpose of the corporation social responsibility of commercial banking system and expatiates on major impact of some researches related to China's economy and social continuable development. It summarized the present situations of the social responsibility of domestic and foreign banks, which has been the basis for describing the ideas and methods of the article. This paper describes the theoretical basis,necessity and details of the corporation social responsibility of commercial banks. Then, this paper analyzes the present situations, problems and causes of the corporation social responsibility of commercial banks.This article make a empirical test of the social responsibility of listed commercial banks associated with the operating results and performance of commercial banks,the degree of social responsibility ranking. Then reasonable proposals were proposed to foster and promote the corporation social responsibility of chinese commercial banks and they solved how chinese commercial banks can take the corporation social responsibilities. Finally, it concludes the whole article and has a expectation of the future of the corporation social responsibilities chinese banking system.Full-text consists of six parts:The first chapter is an introduction.It explaines the purpose and significance of this study, summarized the status of related research at home and abroad.The second chapter is the overview of corporation social responsibility of commercial banks.It introduces the basic theory of corporation social responsibility and then analyses why commercial banks must fulfill their corporation social responsibilities, it also focuses on the commercial banks, corporate social responsibility for the content, summary and analysis of the relationship between the various parts.The third chapter is mainly about the present situation, existent problems and reason analyzing of chinese commercial banks. It has made a conclusion that there are many problems in the process of taking their responsibilities, and make a detailed analysis of the problem exists.The fourth chapter is the demonstration analysis of the relativity between the corporation social responsibility of chinese commercial banks and the performance of the management, also it using factor analysis calculation of listed commercial banks to fulfill the degree of corporate social responsibility scores and rankings.The fifth chapter is some suggestions to foster and promote the corporation social responsibility of chinese commercial banks. It mainly expatiates on the commercial banks themselves, improve laws and regulations, governments, industry organizations, the construction of the external environment and cultural considerations.The sixth chapter is the conclusion of the research and the prospect of it.
