The quality of teaching is the core of the development of primary education, and the lifeblood of primary education. How to ensure the quality of teaching in primary schools has become the most important task, which increasingly catches the attention from education-related executive departments. Internal quality control of teaching in primary schools is the cornerstone and fortress of the quality of primary education. With the development and changes of society, new meanings and new content will be attached to the management of teaching quality in primary schools. This paper, based on the fundamental theories, including pedagogy, psychology, management science, and economics, explores the status quo of the quality of teaching in primary schools in Fuzhou city proper by means of the use of literature, questionnaire, interview and mathematical statistics. In the light of the existing problems of the quality of teaching in primary schools, this paper suggests some countermeasures on the problems under the guidance of total quality management theory. |
