In recent years, China conducted a new round of basic education curriculum reform. New Curriculum for a full implementation of quality education, school-based training is the practice of the new curriculum needs, but also guarantee the smooth implementation of the new curriculum, but also to promote professional development of teachers and schools to build learning an effective way. In this paper, mainly through questionnaires, individual interviews and other empirical research methods, a more extensive collection of detailed data and factual information on literature, based on school-based training practice described the achievements:the training of teachers has increased understanding; school leadership more emphasis on school-based training; school-based training takes many forms, an evident result. Focused on analysis of school-based training in the implementation of some of the problems arising in the process:the training system and the mechanism is not perfect, school-based degree is not high; teacher motivation is not high, research capacity is relatively weak; the implementation of the practical effect of less than ideal; to be a professional to lead the inadequate, not closely integrated with the school-based teaching and research. By analyzing the research, addressing these issues for the effective implementation of response measures:a sound school-based training system, building the quality of supervision and evaluation of school-based training system, the formation of school-based training culture; many ways to mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers to enhance research capacity of teachers to promote school-based training; various forms of teacher training model to enhance awareness and reflection on teaching ability of teachers to improve the effectiveness of school-based training; the development of training resources to strengthen the link between the schools, from school-based training to achieve the conversion of school-based training to promote the effective implementation of school-based training to promote sustainable development of the school.
