A Study On The Excution Of The Primary And Middle Schools In China

The execution of schools is the core of school competitiveness, which is the key to transfering schooling conception, development plans, school schedules, and school decisions into school development, teachers' professional growth, and students' realizing their dreams. Each member of any school should be guided by a common ideal, be working unitedly, and take every effort to make all-round progress for the school. Only in this way will the school form an excellent excution. From four aspects as the school principals, administration deparments, teachers and students, this thesis analyzes execution problems and solutions existing in schools.The author of the study discovers the key role of man in excution, because it is increasingly stressed that human resources can't be ignored in enterprises. For execution in the primary and middle schools, it starts and then ends with man, who designs excutes, and refects the results of excution. Thus we can find the problems in excution on man and the solutions and ways as well, which will certainly improve the effectiveness of the excution. Therefore, measures should be taken to clarify and enforce the excution of the school principals, administration deparments, teachers and students. This thesis chooses the the primary and middle schools as the scope of this study, and follows the four aspects to analyze the existing problems. The main purpose of this thesis is to discover the effective methods of carrying out the excution and offers some suggestions.According to the the purpose of this study, the most suitable and main ways for this thesis is literature review. Meanwhile, in order to better reflect the problems existing in the schooling process in practice, the study is also supplemented by theresearch ways of interviewing and field observation.
