In recent years, higher vocational colleges has dominated our higher education in higher vocational colleges, the deodorants face unprecedented challenges and opportunities. In the higher vocational colleges, the proportion of young teachers, some schools increasing the proportion of young teachers to half, even the young teachers are in season, their life energy, active, innovative consciousness and innovative ability, strong growth of young teachers, will become the impact of higher vocational colleges is an important guarantee for sustainable development.This thesis consists of four sections. The first chapter is introduction. Topics include the background and significance of the research, the research present situation, and the research content. Chapter 2 introduces young teachers in higher vocational colleges is growing environment situation and the existing problems. This chapter focuses on analyzing the young teachers face of nature, scientific research, teaching, interpersonal, policy environment. The third chapter of young teachers in higher vocational colleges is growing process of growth characteristics and environmental requirements. Through the questionnaire survey method, the case for relevant data. The fourth chapter of young teachers in higher vocational colleges is growing environment optimizes countermeasure. Strengthening research environment construction, provides perfect teaching development platform, and build a harmonious educational policy treatment countermeasures such as cultural atmosphere.
