Internationalization of higher education has become a objective trend of higher education development in the world.Under the background of economic globalization and internationalization of higher education, the Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools emerged as the times require. Especially after China's entry to WTO, Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools have developed very rapidly. The scale has been extended gradually, the levels raised continuously, and a variety of models appeared. However, the developments were accompanied with many new problems. The question of its cultivate mode is also the most important. Every school need to resolve that what kind of talents to be educated, especially how to educate talents. It decides the survival and development.This thesis adopts history method, case study, comparative analysis and other methods. On the base of absorbing existing research results of the domestic and international related fields, take the cultivate model of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools as clue. Combine the typical cases of Sino-Dutch Biomedical and Information Engineering School of Northeastern University (BMIE) and borrow from the advanced model in talent of developed countries, design a frame of cultivate model of Sino-Foreign Cooperation in Running Schools Based on the Enterprise's Requirement.Share of knowledge theory into practice, want to put a new method forward on cultivate models of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools.This thesis develops gradually on the main clue which is the cultivate model of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools. The paper firstly defined conception of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools and talent cultivate model. Then, simply introduced the reasons,development and status quo. Summarized the cultivate model of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools in China and question. Secondly, borrowed from the advanced model in talent applied of developed countries, design a frame of cultivate model of Sino-Foreign Cooperation in Running Schools Based on the Enterprise's Requirement. Chapter Five, combine the method of BMIE, put the new cultivate model of "base on the Enterprise's Requirement, in order to the employment". According to existent problems on business, management and teaching behavior which appear during the process of BMIE, put suggestions forward to promote BMIE to healthily develop.
