The Control-oriented Integration Of Industrial Chain And Its Stability

The thesis firstly analyze China's position and performance in the international industrial chain, then through analysis on the impact of the major factors of industrial chain-endowment and market structure, come to the conclusion that the plight of Chinese exports and China's lack of control of the industrial chain and other issues, due to excessive competition among Chinese industries or clusters and low technological level, but in fact the fundamental problem is that our sales network or our distribution channels is foreign-controlled. That is, the pressure of manufacturing is still fundamentally from the circulation, the current bottleneck restricting China's economic development is not the capacity of manufacturing capacity. The thesis points out that China's biggest problem in circulation is that when large-scale circulation enterprises, especially large retailers move vigorously into the Chinese market, China's domestic circulation of the traditional professional organizations (Professional Market) began to reveal some weaknesses, namely the low degree of organizational and professional,that cause the inefficiency of China's economic development and constrain China's international competitiveness and industrial structure's optimization and upgrading.Self-built large-scale manufacturers in the distribution channels and the control of large foreign retailers in China lie behind the root causes that low efficiency of professional circulation organization, but because of differences in national conditions and reality conditions, the construction of China's circulation system should not be too much reference to overseas experience. As the world's manufacturing center, retail development can not and can't completely bypass the processing and manufacturing links, just simply to establish an efficient distribution system is out of practical significance, so the Chinese to build an efficient distribution system must be from the national situation, finding a suitable path of development, and now this requires urgent than ever.The Current global economic is still in the crisis period, but we should see the other side of crisis is opportunity, and now is the strategic time to enhance China's circulation position. This thesis innovative proposed that China should take advantage of the opportunity that the developed countries in the international economic crisis and economic recession, the opportunity to shift the position from the world's manufacturing center to the world manufacturing-distribution (wholesale) center. Make Efforts to control the distribute link, obtain the power of integration of manufacturing and distribution, and ultimately control the retail business and manufacturers, then ultimately obtain the redistribution of industrial control. This provides the propose on how to improve China's international competitiveness in the after-economic crisis environment.This paper proposes that to establish distribution process-oriented integration of industrial chain model, can through build a strong distribution platform or manufacturing-marketing alliance and other ways. In fact, industrial chain integration has a huge advantage is recognized, but the relationship to the success of the industrial chain integration, namely stability of integration after the formation, whether and how to maintain its stability, few scholars are in depth. This article is based on this, make further study of related issues,propose that attention should be paid to the fair and reasonable interest distribution mechanism if we want integrated industrial chain to produce the greatest efficiency and maintain its stability. This thesis not only through the game and mathematical models and other methods demonstrates the integration of industrial chain organization has its meaning of existence, but also gives the specific method of interest distribution to maintain the stability of the industrial chain integration. On this basis, the paper further proposes a more suitable and specific recommendation on the China's forms of industrial chain integration. That is, through the establishment of shell-type distribution platform, comprehensive trading company, help China to achieve distribution process control and thus won control of of the industry chain as soon as possible. Some related theory and conclusion are also be proved and analyzed by mathematical and game model.
