| The staff is the key soul of hotel enterprises all the time, to manage the human resources effectively can reduce the employees' flow of the hotel at a certain degree. An the same time, it also play an enormous role in training the staff's loyalty, improving working efficiency, strengthening the efficiency of the human resources and do a great favor to the strategy planning of the hotel. This paper pays close attention to the process of employees' career development of upper-bracket hotels from career management. On the basis of investigated the current situation in career development of ten Star-hotels in Dalian city, combine the research results of management theory, psychology, human resources management, etc. I draw a more systematic mode of the career development on Upper-bracket Hotels.The paper can be divided into five major parts:The first part includes the introduction and document survey. This part proposed the meaning, method, and research background of this text, etc.The second part introduced the problem in traditional pattern. In this part, I also chose the main theory of the career development research as the reference theory of follow-up research.The third part introduced the current situation in career development of Star-hotels in Dalian city, includes the attitude of hotel organization, development performance, driving force, intangible result, etc.The fourth part investigates the useful method of employees' career development in the hotel. On the basis of analyzed characteristic of employees' career development in service trade, I draw a conclusion of characteristic of hotel enterprises and propose a series of practical approaches.The fifth part is about the construction of the Career Development's pattern on Upper-bracket Hotels. After the discussion of the method in detail and analyzed gradually, I get a standard development mode. |
