Private enterprises have been becoming one of the most competitive components inChina's national economy. However, survey shows that average running age of privateenterprises in China ranges from only three to four years. Actually, such short runninglength lays either in lack of private enterprises culture or in low-qualified enterprisescultural health degree, specifically, most private enterprises in China still hold primaryunderstanding, in particular, misunderstanding in some fields, in addition, total enterprisecultural health degree tends to be lower.
