And it uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to make the performance evaluation, and gives the user a computer interface for the transport organization evaluation.This paper designs an all-around system which covers the three parts of the transport organization. The subsystem also includes six parts. Option of the transport route and option of the transport mode include: time, convenience, cost. Option of the carriers includes: cost, transport efficiency, transport quality. Then according to the six parts, the paper introduces several indicators which are more concrete, creative and easy for the shippers to get the related data. Besides, the indicators are suitable for the shippers to evaluate and optimize the transport process.The paper does research on the merit and demerit of the performance evaluation methods. Through the comparison between the methods, the paper finds the advantage of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. As for the index weight, the paper introduces two common methods which can get the index weight. Then it combines the two methods to get the comprehensive index weight.Taking Shanghai××Apparel Co., Ltd. as an example, the paper applies the transport organization indicator system and the evaluation methods in practice. It combines the AHP and GRA to get the index weight. Then the paper marks the three situations of transport organization from three different levels with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. It also uses the PCA to demonstrate the correctness of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. We can get the conclusion that it is effective for the system and the methods to evaluate the performance of the transport organization of the shippers. The result accords with the reality, takes an all-around consideration and is with in reason.Finally, the paper creates a transport organization evaluation module based on VB. It uses the indicators and the index weight which are already been used in the paper, and the user does not need to calculate. He just needs to enter some marks, then the system will evaluate it for him. It is much easier and convenient.
