Corporate Human Resource Supply Chain

Human resource supply chain of enterprise(HRSCE) is a new theory and method that has appeared along with the knowledge economy age coming. HRSCE has been successfully applied to manufacturing and has being expanded to labor-intensive service industry. Now low integrative makings on human resource, poor decision making ability of supervisor layer, and bad service have caused the decline of hotel industry in our country. The deficiency of persons with ability has become a bottleneck of enterprise sustainable development. At the same time, the students who have been brought up by schools have not met the requirement of enterprise and the majority has to transfer to other industries after their graduation.Base on this, this study would be of instructive use for optimal allocation of enterprise human resource in our country. The contents , ideas and methods of the study would enrich relevant theories and practices about HRSCE, and they would provide a reference to similar researches in the future in a certain extent.This paper consists of four parts.Chapter One: The prolegomenon. Clarified the background and meaning of this study, introduced pertinent concepts and main contents, and briefly reviewed the ago research fruits.Chapter Two: The actuality and the problems of HRSCE. Analyzed the actuality of HRSCE in China, and pointed out some problems of HRSCE in China.Chapter Three: The construction of the HRSCE. Analyzed the necessity and the possibility, expatiated the construction method, the construction processes, and function mechanism of the HRSCE model.Chapter Four: The suggestions about the HRSCE in China. Provided some countermeasures according to the obstacles of the construction of the HRSCE model in China.
