Human Capital Value Of High-tech Enterprise Evaluation Studies

Nowadays, science and technology are primary productive forces and high-tech enterprises will undoubtedly lead the development of society, also, is an important indicator of a nation's comprehensive national strength. As the soul of high-tech enterprises -the entrepreneur, has played an important role in the strategy of independent innovation of enterprises and the adjustment of economic structural. The healthy and sustainable development of our country's high-tech enterprises, building a harmonious society all depend on whether we can have a clear and accurate awareness and positioning the role and the function of high-tech entrepreneurs.This article is in this context to study high-tech entrepreneurs, based on the reference the study of the individual value of human capital at home and abroad, combined with the characteristics of high-tech entrepreneurs, we analyzed the connotation and the constitution elements of the value of human capital of high-tech entrepreneurs, also, we summarized the formation and the accumulation mode of the value of human capital of high-tech entrepreneurs. Then, analyzed the relationship between the human capital of entrepreneurs and the corporate performance, also established the relationship model of them. That is, the level of entrepreneurship and the productive effort of the entrepreneurs as the two endogenous variables of model, the resources which the entrepreneurs can control and the random factors of the business environment as the two exogenous variables of the model, both the role of the enterprise performance. In this paper, we finally determine the knowledge stock, the entrepreneurship, social capital,the efforts of high-tech entrepreneurs and the enterprise performance as part of its evaluation of performance indicators, then decomposed them to draw its evaluation index system.In this article, we used the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to determine the weight of the evaluation indicators of human capital of high-tech entrepreneurs, then used the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate human capital of the high-tech entrepreneurs, finally we calculated the value exertion coefficient of human capital of high-tech entrepreneurs. According to the idea of the present value of expected benefits of corporate earnings, also considering the discount factors, introduced the average contribution rate of the of high-tech entrepreneurs, we established measurement model of the value of human capital of high-tech entrepreneurs.
