With the popularization and the development of the internet, the marketing methods of the enterprises will change gradually. They realize the transform from the traditional marketing to the modern marketing. The network marketing is one of the most important marketing methods of modern enterprises. The network marketing has more advantages than the traditional marketing: The network marketing has lower costs of marketing and advertisement and it will not be limited by the time and space.If the enterprises want to make the network marketing well, they must formulate the marketing strategies which are adapt to the products. So the enterprises must understand and hold the needs of the consumers in the target market. The enterprises can formulate the corresponding marketing strategies according to the target consumers and provide the customers products and service they need through understand the changes of the need of the customers. This paper studies and analyzes the network marketing of Huoshen Junpin using the related theories of the network marketing. This paper first summarizes the aims and the meaning of the study, and it takes Huoshen Junpin for example to carry out the empirical analysis on the basis of presenting the concept, the rules and the strategies of the network marketing. This paper uses the model of SWOT Analysis to analyze the opportunity, the threat, the advantates and the disadvantages of the network marketing. Then it uses the theory of 4P to study and analyze the combination of the strategies from the following four aspects: the location of the products, the location of the price, the marketing channel and the promotion. Finally, it points out the countermeasuresThis paper puts forward that the network marketing of Huoshen has strong operability. So it plays an important role in next marketing. Under the condition of the increase of the pressure of the competition at home and abroad, the network marketing is another important marketing channel. But the network marketing is also faced with the risks. So the enterprises must adopt the appropriate measures to prevent the potential risks. It has certain theoretical and practical meanings to analyze the marketing strategies according to the network marketing of Huoshen.
