Civil servants play an important role in the public administration, who are the direct managers of the domestic economy and society services, make and implement the decision in public administration. Civil servants'pressure becomes more and more strong and widespread, with the increasing demand of the government administration service function and the specialty of the social management and public service field. The related departments don't attach importance to this problem, and pressure management and lead measures is very few, though the civil servants pressure is not a new topic.This study designs< Occupational stress management Qingdao Civil Questionnaire>. According to the random sampling survey on civil service employment pressure Qingdao the actual level, the pressure source, the main impact of performance and respond to occupational stress and other aspects of the countermeasures, gets the results as following:(1) civil servants in Qingdao, occupational stress levels are higher, from occupational stress levels.There're significant differences in the different ender, unit size of the work department, wage income,and few differences in different age, marital status,education and work experiences. (2) from the pressure source term, comprehensive work responsibilities, work to bear, working efficiency, environment, life, relationships, career development, sense of balance and other factors, Qingdao City, the main sources of occupational stress of civil servants have work responsibilities and tasks, and career development, organ environment, interpersonal relationships, family life, social environment, six, their sense of civil service job stress level as:Family Life>Career Development>Social Environment>Work Responsibility and Mission>relationships>Best atmosphere. (3) From the aspect of the performance and influence of the occupational stress, there's different performance of the pressure. (4) from occupational stress management point of view, most civil servants are able to recognize the need for occupational stress management, but lack of effective response measures, and most civil servants think that from the organization of professional pressure relief measures are very few.With the investigation and the civil service management practice experience, this study puts forward suggestions on improving the management of the civil servants occupational stress in Qingdao from environment, organization and individual, with the hope to help organizations and individuals to effectively manage the civil service occupational stress. These suggestions are as following, establishment extensive social support system, people-oriented implementation civil service management and enhance civil self-resilience.
