Current endowment main patterns of family pension and the institutions endowment, this paper is mainly to compare the quality of family endowment and institution endowment analysis, find out the problems and develop appropriate solutions, for the elderly better provide life insurance in our country.This paper is mainly using literature study, questionnaire, depth interview method, theoretical method such as the quality of family endowment and institution endowment between comparative analysis, in the process of thesis writing mainly divides into six chapters:the first chapter is the introduction part, mainly is the research background, significance, research status at home and abroad, the research content and so on to carry on the simple introduction; The second chapter is the theoretical part, mainly is this paper analyzes the principle of endowment theory from different angles. The third chapter is mainly about the quality of the present situation of family pension and the pension were investigated; The fourth chapter is mainly about the current situation of the pension and endowment quality were investigated. The fifth chapter mainly is to the comparison of family endowment and institution endowment quality analysis; The sixth chapter mainly is to improve the quality of life in elderly group countermeasures and Suggestions.
