Social enterprise as a new modern social governance innovation, at present in China booming. On the one hand, the development of non-profit organizations encounter such as resource shortage, competition, strong dependence, sustainable development difficult problem, actively seek innovation and transformation of the road; on the other hand, to promote enterprise in corporate social responsibility, not simply the pursuit of economic benefits, more and more attention to social benefits, more and more attention social responsibility in the business operation, the constant pursuit of innovation.Social enterprise is an intermediate non-profit organization and enterprise form. The development goal of social enterprise is to solve some social problems, with the economic and social characteristics, the products and services also has dual characteristics of economy and public welfare. For social enterprises, it is neither pure enterprise, nor the general social service. Different from the enterprise is the ultimate purpose and goal, different from the social organization is the means and methods of operation method.
