Currently, structured interview as one of the method of interview was usedcommonly in the process of personnel selection tests. The method of structuredinterview in China’s civil service examination was learned from Western countries in theinitial. And then it gradually evolved to the current mechanism based on characteristicof our country. The article is trying to analyze the current situation, theoreticalfoundation, features, reliability and validity of the structured interview. Select Gusu areain Suzhou city as the sample of civil service recruitment to study. By the questionnairestudies, data analysis, the research try to make an analysis from four aspects how toaffect the validity of the interview situation, that is interview questions, interviewer,candidates and conduct interview. On the basis of the analysis, the article trying to studythe reasons that impacting on the validity of structured interviews in civil serviceexamination. At the end of the paper, the researcher put forward the countermeasures,including strengthening job analysis, analyzing personal trait, highlighting the questionspractically, establishing a scientific examiner team, regularizing the organization ofinterviews and so on, to improve the scientific level of the interview of civil serviceexam.
